Idk what to do I'm bored so I'll post the whole story....

So I live over these weirdos who literally sit on their couch all day and stare out the window.... There tv is NEVER turned on and it looks to be from the 60s...seriously....


So the other day I had a buddy of mine over we were drinking and playing madden... Being pretty quiet... I was making a pizza and occasionally grabbing a beer or two... At about 930pm my friend steps out on the porch to smoke... The guy below me comes out an says he I've got to be at work at 5... Be quiet....we were confused but said ok.... The next day me and the guy below me get home at the same time... I was going to apologize or thought maybe he would say something....

He gives me the evilest stare I've ever seen in my life... I say what's up to him and he continues to stare... Then goes in... About 5 mins later he knocks on my door.... And tells me he had asked us to be quiet an it only got worse... I was completely dumbfounded... He was pissed off.... I said man the floors are very very squeaky... I said step in and see for yourself... So he does and says this is was I kept hearing... And said I was walking and he could hear it... Then he leaves...and yells "you got to realize people live underneath you" I said ok and he left. It was only 930 pm!!! I can't walk in my own apartment?


Tonight I had a different friend over and we were watching a movie... Didn't say a word or didn't move. My friend gets up at the end to use bathroom and leave... The guy below me starts using a broom or something to hit the floor with... I hear him cussing and throwing things.... So my friend had to wait an extra 30 minutes pretty much frozen so they could leave...


I'm sure we could whip his ass but he's a complete redneck/moron.. And I'm afraid he'd pull a gun or something ....

The first thing The woman who rents out these apartments told me was if you choose to live in the bottom you're going to hear every move from above you.... I guess these people didn't understand that?

Any suggestions?
