Going good buddy..sorry to hear about your back problems. How's the weather out west heard there was snow around? But you live in the flats right?

The problems will be resolved shortly. Always are. If you call 4500' the flats, then that is where I am. And, about 5-6 miles from some 10,000-12,000' mountains. No snow yet though I thought we'd get some in the mountains yesterday. Colorado got some and they're just over the hill.

I've always had a good tolerance for pain. I'd never want to stop all the pain just make it a bit more manageable. I've always thought that if you kill all the pain, you'd forget about it and probably do something to make it worse.

Very wise. Our body let's us feel pain for a reason. Just run a risk of starting a pain med and PT simultaneously and not being able to tell which one is working.

Mine has always been that way for some reason. I'm lucky, I guess. I know some who live in pain daily.

Do you consider high pain tolerance feeling no pain or living with pain and just dealing with it well?

I have constant back and hip pain, but do pretty well with it.

My tolerance for pain is way too high. I'm gonna really hurt myself some day. I practiced football 3 weeks with 4 broken bones in my back.

Little of both. Feeling some pain but just deal with it. Mentally block it out in most cases when I can.

Yeah thats flat:)..No talked to my friends in steamboat today and they were getting some snow. Didn't know if it passed through your area. I love the fall out there this time of year. Nights are cold though.

We've had unusually warm days the past few weeks. Cold snap hit yesterday and dropped the temps. Will be back in the 60's by Friday, though. With the forecast, I'm guessing, again, that we'll get snow in the mountains in a few days.

I have an invite from a friend to spend a week with her at her grandparents. I may go, I don't know. Cedar City; opposite from you it looks like.

No girl time for me tonight. She got off late and stayed at a relative's house because she was so tired.
