My company didn't require that, but if I leave within two years after completion I have to pay a portion back to them.

In no rush either and honestly don't know that it's out there for me and am ok with that. Everything in my life has come w/out complication really and used to think that never "settling down" was gonna be my payback for everything else going smoothly.

It's actually not bad. I took an econ organizational theory course at UT during undergrad and it was hell. This course is more management focused.
