Me and my buddies.

At the bar some guy wouldn't move aside to let me sign my check. When I saw him again I tried to explain why that was rude. He got offended, I stood up, he got small, he took off his shades, I asked if he was trying to dance. His lady pulled him aside.

Just tall and lanky. But being a 6'5" black guy can diffuse (and elevate) a situation quickly.

It was out of my character, I try to always use my words, becaus violence is the path of the savage. But I blame the booze and being annoyed by these guys smoking terrible cigars only at the next table.

Lot of Southwestern stuff. Either stained glass or leather. Always have ideas. Got some UT stuff on hold in the brain. And, have some photos that are giving me ideas on different scenes. Bison head, cow skull, etc.

I gotcha. I'm a little guy so when I talk people try to jump at the opportunity to beat my ass. Luckily I had some big friends who USUALLY kept me outta trouble.

They still allow inside smoking in Tennessee? I forgot or wasn't aware.

Had some UT stuff in mind, but seems you are on it. I'd like to see pics as you complete.

I will put them up. My brother started doing stained glass about 20 years ago. First thing he made for me was a UT football. I'll try to knock one out before the end of the season. Some ideas on UT logo on white base and something like a pennant.

It was just me and my co-teacher :-(.

But it's ok. Just keep working at it.

Our Childrens church worker today was sick so I took the Childrens church group to my room and just adapted my lesson up from Pre-k to a 2nd-4th grade level

I've been away from all that for so long. Went up to Idaho to play golf a month or so ago and we stopped at an old bar and grill for a burger. First time I'd seen ashtrays anywhere inside in a long time.

A couple of my friends are smokers so it's good for them, but I hate leaving the bar smelling like an asstray.

The only places you can smoke in TN are 21 and up bars. And they are obviously not required to allow smoking. I think it's a reasonable law.
