It's hard to believe there was a time when no one used gloves or masks and/or face shields other than the operating room.

We came a long way in the last century. Scary to think how far we may go this century. Scary, but also encouraging. I can't wait to cure some of these damn diseases like we did in the 20th century.

Might take awhile to find a cure. Much more money in treatment and drugs, I think.

To be honest, I'd rather deal with a grizzly than snakes and scorpions. You could pick out a grizzly pretty quickly. Snakes and scorpions could just happen upon you.

Biggest problem with Grizzlys here is idiot people leaving food in campsites. If you make your presence known, they'll most likely move on about their business. They don't care for us at all. Snakes/scorps are the same. Make a lot of noise and you'll probably never see one.

I've never done one so I don't know how big they get. The sports guys were saying that most around here are about a two mile walk if you go straight through it.

That sounds big. I've been through one but it was really small, I was like 11.

Treat the earth well: it was not given to you by your parents, it was loaned to you by your children. We do not inherit the Earth from our Ancestors, we borrow it from our Children.
