That isn't easy. Only had them a few times that I really enjoyed them. Wife's grandmother used to make them for me in her restaurant.

They really are a hard food to fix.

Barely undercook them and they slide down your throat. Barely overcook them and they get tough as I don't know what.

The best I've ever had was at The Yachtsman, a steakhouse at Disney. I had them and a 22 oz porterhouse that I ate EVERY SINGLE BITE of.
