Just routine sly. I've got contacts but my glasses are old (I only wear them right before bed every once in a while) and last night I put them under my laptop. Now the is warped

Good Kat. Glad it isn't something more than that.

I realized it. I am eating three squares a day now, and paired with lifting, I'm adding a few. Still pretty small, though.

Don't get too big. I was just thinking about that. Hard to find shirts if you're not normal size. Me? Shirts never have fit right off the rack. Neck=19"/Chest=46"/Biceps=18". Try to find that shirt at Walmart.

I only know women's measurements, so I don't know whether you are bull****ting or not. I will never get too big. My biceps and chest bulk well, but not on that level. With my body type I'll never have to worry about being overly massive.

Did you like it? It's been one of my beers of choice the past month. I'm 'bout to call it quits again on the beers for awhile. Pulls up too many past thoughts.

Out of the five I have tried, it's been the best. Still not something I could drink regularly. Beer just isn't my thing.

You've been going steady for a bit now.

No bull****ting from here. You know me better than that. You will pick up bulk as you age. You won't get much until you hit your late 30's. Those measurements are mine right now. The biggest thing I'm working on is waist. In the past six months, I've gone from 40 down to a 36. Looking to get to a 34 by years end.

Yeah. Let my thoughts overload my real life. Change is coming soon. Don't mind doing it here and there, but a steady diet is not good.

I am holding steady in a 32. For a long time, even into college, I couldn't keep a wardrobe because I kept getting taller. I have finally maxed out now. It's good that you are trimming up, though. What are you doing to cause that?

When, or did it, get hard for you to keep trim and fit? We are kind of alike, as we were both little guys coming out of school.

Eh, it happens. One of the most fulfilling things for me is realizing my priorities are wrong and making a change.

I had a diminished appetite ever since I got sick this summer. Then, in the skybox Saturday, I pigged out. That jumpstarted me, now I am constantly hungry and eating 3 meals and a big snack before bed.

It didn't get hard until I hit somewhere in my 50's. It's caused by a stale life. I quit playing basketball and football and started to get thick. As long as you stay active, you'll be fine. I'm getting active again and getting ready to hit the gym again and I should be OK. The trimming just comes from eating something every few hours. Doesn't matter what it is, just something to let your body know it's being fed regularly. Goes b back to the caveman days. Starve your body (diet), it stores fat. Feed the body regularly (every few hours), it works harder to metabolize what's coming in.

The last thing I need is a higher metabolism, though.

It's felt great to get back out there and play football again. I am doing intramurals for all three seasons. The women are enough motivation to get me to the gym three times a week.

The gym will do you good at your age. It will keep you lean. Wouldn't worry about the weight. It will come in due process. Later, I'm out for the nite.

:search:guess it's a little early for most folks.
