I like to start out by shooting around the court for about 30 minutes to warm up. Easy warm up then hit the treadmill and overhead track for about 6 miles or so. Weights, etc., good swim and end with the sauna. Wish they had a whirlpool.

Our school's gym is amazing. You'd be surprised at how far this place has come.

This gym is actually the rec center for the local high school. They have everything you can think of except for a whirlpool. And, I have full access for free. Just wish they were open 24/7. If you are in the will, you have a very long wait. My family tends to live into the mid to upper '90's. My uncle John died close to 100 still wearing a sidearm due to fear of jealous husbands.

You get access to all that for free? Pretty sweet deal. I would say I get mine for free, but I am paying a few k for it haha.

Yeah, free for a full year. Otherwise, you can go in for $1 a day which isn't bad if you're doing the every other day thing. After the free year, it will cost me $100 a year. I don't think that bad for what they offer. Plus, high school girls keeping in shape for track and volleyball.

Haha, how dare you. If you see any red heads feel free to let them know you have someone they'd love to meet.

$100 a year seems steep for me, but then again, I don't have too much money coming in.
