You're her back up bf. She wants the emotional support from you she doesn't get from him. He acts an ass, you play loving caring tenderhearted n supportive hero. She goes back to him. A few days ( or hours) pass n it's all blown up again.

maybe she doesnt have anyone else to go to? maybe i calm her down? maybe she just likes being treated like she isn't worthless? doesnt have to have feelings for me to want to be treated right.

Kat's right, you do what she suggests and the girl just may realize what she's missing. She'll figure out it ain't fun to be treated badly, if she doesn't, she probably wasn't worth dealing with anyways.

the only thing is, i like being friends with her too. i don't wanna sound like an ass and totally ruin the friendship cuz im trying to lure her into dumping him for me.

Tll her she's in a ****ty relationship n she n everyone else knows it and you're only helping her stay in it by being a shoulder to cry on and that you'll always care for her but you can't continue being one of her relationship crutches

Oh no, you won't date her til she's undamaged goods. Clearly she's got issues if she's staying this long. She breaks up with him and then u slow play it fir your sake cause she's unstable as **** it seems.

she pretty much said she is unstable... wow, how do you know this ****? all women really must be the same....

she basically said she realizes he treats her like crap and she is never happy, but she doesnt know how she can be without a guy that she has been in love with since her freshman year of high school

Freshmen in high school don't even know what love is. It's childish attachment, like a new toy that they just can't put down even if it's broken or dangerous.
