Can you share what happened?

guy put the cuffs on so tight... i lost feeling in my hand.. i wasnt resisting... back talking or anything..... i asked him to loosen a little and he literally laughed in my face... i was in cuffs for about 20 minutes... with almost no circulation to my hands.
