I just had a great workout and ran some routes. My hands are getting pretty good again, pulled in a few awesome ones. I'm back on track to being swoll.
Trying to get back but some health things keep holding me up. Went over last week and got signed up, at least. Need to get in there before I start looking like the last pic.
I hear ya. I cut my hand today and when I picked up a bar, I thought of you. If it falls off in a week or so my posting regularity will really drop off.
