I despise working/quoting siding for that reason. You give them the price, they bid the job, sell it, then pull some special order shakes or log cabin crap out of their ass and want me to eat the difference or talk the distributor down. Makes me ill lol

have another friend that lives in atl but comes to va every year for a week to hunt a farm here.

One day he's driving through one of the fields and sees large buck in the distance. Stops the truck, sets his gun on the hood, aims and fires. The buck looks up and in his direction but doesn't drop. He aims again and fires. Buck again looks in his direction, doesn't drop then runs away unharmed.

Perplexed he checks his scope and
everything good. When he gets home at the end of the week he discovers two bullet holes in his hood scoop.

My pap andf his buddy shot the mechanical deer 2 years ago (pap was driving, buddy was shooting) TWRA came out of the woods yelling and screaming drop the gun, get out of the vehicle, get on the ground and all this other bull like they were dangerous criminals (pap was 74, his buddy is a couple years older). When it rolled around to their court date, the judge laughed the game warden out of court over prosecuting the two old outlaws and let them go (judge is one of their hunting buddies now :) )

Yep, pap said something about it just wasn't right, and it was shiny as a new penny. When they went to court the judge asked the warden if they had hit it when they shot it and the warden told him they had, all 3 shots should have been kill shots. Pap said he thought the warden was just mad that they had dinged up his new toy lol
