A new China Wok opened in my neighborhood and we went in to pickup our order. The owners are straight from China. Only the wife spoke English and she introduced themselves as Vincent and Shirley. Orly. She couldn't pick like Kim or Sue? Shurree was too much.:eek:lol:

Why do people sell things without knowing the cost and then expect me to pick up the difference because they didn't charge enough?

Good morning VIF! Hope all is well down your way:)

We got our deer plots sowed down the day before all the rain hit. Checked them and it doesn't look like we got much washing at all. Next we get our green patches fixed up. Should be deer meat in the freezer soon!

We don't have to sow any plots. Our farm in Kentucky just produces big ass deer. Boy on the farm next to us the other year killed one that scored 186, my uncle has killed several 150's, cousin has killed a couple 140's, we have the rack of an 8 pt that died that scores 160. Biggest one I've killed is 132 to though.

We don't have to till cool weather lol, they magically disappear (except to tear my fence down every other day) when fall gets in the air. My grandfather is a truck poacher lol. He likes to park his truck at the edge of the field and pick them off when they amble out :)

I don't see anything wrong with that, especially considering he is old. The 10 pt that scored 152 my uncle killed the other year he killed it out of the truck. I'm not like that, I walk almost a mile to my stand and will sit there through anything. I have some pics of the deer I killed the other year in the hunting thread, I think.

Pap is 76 years young and can still out work us :). His truck hunting is usually picked on but he don't care. He also gets some quality nap time in as well

Quoted a $15,000 job to a contractor. He calls this morning says sold the job, how much more for beige? Tell him 12%. He goes ouch, you think you could help me out with that? Ya let me get on that. Ain't like industry standard is 10-20% more for color. Stupid
