“Teen takeovers” is what local news are calling socmed organized flash mobs of teens. Teens show up in large enough numbers to overwhelm a location. The vast majority don’t commit crimes, but the few spoil the barrel, so to speak.

Various police departments are announcing their awareness of plans for teens to take over an area to dissuade teens from showing up. Upwards of 20 teens have been arrested at takeover locations, 13 minors were in illegal possession of firearms.

WTF?!
sounds like dem "mostly peaceful" protests

Seent him in a thread in the FF making fun of Tennessee...again.

Hes as bad as nooga and tdawg.
I’ve seen him say he’ll be wearing orange at the Tennessee vs LSwho game but it’s a bad troll and a bad look. I’m not a fan.

I will give Yankee a break though. We bet on UTC vs Austin Pea (my undergrad is from UTC) and when he lost he paid immediately to the charity I picked. (Chattanooga lung institute) so he’s at least honorable.

YV’s a good dude and a great Vols fan to watch a game with. Given that his most recent degree is from LSU, I can understand his conflict but will avoid watching any UT-LSU games with him.

It is always fun cutting the grass during this time of year. There are a few patches of mint that invade our backyard from the garden every spring. The lawn smells like it is chewing spearmint gum whenever I run over them with the mower. This aromatic experience always reminds me that spring is in the air.
