The mutual insurance model works. It did so for decades in America. Then, during the Reagan administration, Congress passed laws that incentivized switching to a stock model, which puts ownership at odds with insureds. Their interests aren’t mutual. From property & casualty to health, policies are expensive, administration is hostile, and we fewer are paying more for less. Do you really believe that you’re better off?

So, 21st century kids have “six seven.” Well, prepubescents aren’t the only ones who can create slang. Boomers have “sixth letter.” It can mean wtf, or eff off, or eff you, or effin’ A, or effin’ cool, or get the eff out, or any other variation depending on context and implication. It’s so sixth letter.
