I cannot remember the movie we got but I do remember going with my dad to some electronics shop in a converted Long John Silver's building on Nolensville Road to buy our family's first vcr. we probably passed a dozen more reputable places between our house and that shop. guessing someone he worked with told him he'd get a deal there.

We used to rent them for $5 a night. Our video store haf a weekend deal, vcr and 3 movies for $10. When i was a k8d, probably 10 or so, then we bought one.
