Here is the easiest way to spot a political sheep. If someone says "the _________ Party (R or D) is destroying America" or "the ________ Party (R or D) wants to save America", they are a sheep.

Neither Party cares. All they care about is getting elected and all the $$$$/power that comes with that...

Amen. Because it’s all about the $$$ on the lecture circuit and appointments to boards of directors once you finally escape.

In the end, it’s power-seekers, whether in partisan politics, or big-time religion, or business, or whatever. You say what is convenient and palatable, while going about your real business.

The R and D party could care less about open borders and no cash bail. The Ds only pretend to care because those people tend to vote D and it hurts R in elections. The Rs only pretend to care because it gives them something to rally the base and get campaign donations...

Politics isn't driven by red or blue but by green. Always has been, always will be....
