That’s how it happened for us. Family comes in, a couple of days later, they start dropping like flies. Whew, at least we’re in complete lockdown again. The new normal feels normal. We did a massive testing and waiting for results in a day. I told my family and now in holding pattern.

We still have families coming in, but they have to mask, and they’re encouraged to visit outdoors (in the garden or on an open balcony.)

It’s so frustrating, as we’d like to bring her over on Christmas (new baby, etc.) Christmas Day is supposed to be warm, so with luck we can be outdoors.

I hope your outbreak dies down quickly!

I’ll know in a day, though if I get to have grandchildren over for Christmas, I’ll have to insist the dumb is washed off of them from the recent woke up grandparents 😂. Seriously, I have hope for Christmas dinner, but I understand if not and have a plan to get them their traditional. Son is really sad because his dad is leaving tomorrow and may not make sense, I’m emboldened by that. It’s the first time since ex hubby left that he feels that way. It means they’re building a new bond.

@Orangeslice13, I’ve been binge watching Yellowstone, OMG. I’ve got questions. Won’t bombard you with them while on Christmas time. Be fair warned, after the first of year, the questions are going to bubble up. (And why have we not seen pictures of Red or the boys enjoying the beach?). Questions need to be answered here.

Well I can say as of 12-20-21 I now have no tickets because they run from year to year, and I went to traffic school on the other one that I got.
