That problem is way more complicated to be honestly discussed on a message board. Most people are not capable of discussing hot topics in real life while being fair and truthful. And no one is capable of having a fair and truthful conversation on a message board. 99% of will just pick their favorite political party and blame the other one. Regardless of anything factual that is presented.

Therefore, I have no political opinion to share on this forum.

How about a military opinion? If you’re going to end a 20 year occupation of a country wouldn’t you evacuate all American civilians, all military equipment and weapons and then military personnel last? In that order? And maintain a strategic military air base in perpetuity?

I’ve spent 23 months of my life in various sh!tholes in that area of the world. Afghanistan being one of them. So I definitely have an opinion. But it doesn’t matter. Because on internet message boards, nuance, gray area, and respectful discourse is almost extinct.

It doesn’t matter what I think. Because everyone’s mind is already made up.

It does matter what you think, but I agree not on a sports message board. Thank you and all of our military for standing up for America!
