Yeah, if I was going back to Lakeland, I would have turned left after I left Booyas (and gone right by the Poplar/Byhalia intersection at the time of the shooting). I was bringing the spouse a to-go margarita/fish tacos before her doctor's appointment so headed the opposite direction back towards Wolf River Blvd.

Friend’s mother was there. Was “with” the manager when shot. She managed to get under a desk and avoid the gunfire.
