He has developed his own process of reverse marinating. He takes them directly from the hot grill and dips them several times in ice cold mtn dew. Then back to the grill for an extra layer of black burnt on crust.

he told me he marinates all his cooked meat products in Mountain Dew. He also coats the outside in cereal
