I saw some great shows at Mud Island.

I also saw some terrible shows at Mud Island.

Only band I saw on Mud Island was Carlos Santana. Saw Black Sabbath and ZZ Top at the shell when all anybody knew about them was they were a band from Texas. Saw Jimi Hendrix at the Ellis Auditorium and countless bands at the Mid South Coliseum.

Yeah I saw countless bands at the Coliseum as well. Ellis auditorium was great, very jealous of you seeing Jimi there.
