And y'all say that I'm hard to follow...

So, if I'm up to speed, you aver that FallGuy is a power bottom for rent at a seedy motel where the johns load up their condoms with Jolly Ranchers. After the deed is done, the Jolly Ranchers that fall out of the used condoms are "breath mints" for the homeless guy camped at the dumpster (Souce).
Sounds like Rusty's been frequenting that motel.

I’ve worked in kitchens for 20+ years and know the brutality of the floors. I’ve tried different makes and styles of shoes (that usually is where the problem is), staying off my feet, different office chairs, heating pad that goes with me like it’s my best friend. Nothing has helped. It’s maddening. I’m usually good to go until around lunch time (helps when I’m moving), then it starts up and progressively gets worse to the point where it makes me physically sick (like I said, not every day). It will go like that for a couple of weeks, be fine and then another round.
Are these back spasms? Leg spasms?

Back, not in the spine region, started on right side two years ago. (I told the VA, gave me muscle relaxers), migrated to left side about 7 months ago. It’s more aggravating than anything.
A physical therapist gave me the dismal advice to work on my abs. She said that, other than acute injuries, most back muscle pain comes from the abs and back muscles being out of balance. And don’t wear heels, if you do.

I’ve had extended back pain, and you have my sympathy, it’s miserable!

Lordy, I gave up heels years ago (except for special occasions, and I do mean special, lol). I didn’t know that back issues could come lack of working on your abs. I have always have been curious about climbing on to one of those things that’s supposed to realign your back.
