I was calling in about U-verse modems not working at the house because the server was down. It was a fun convo. Told him to let the tech in dogs name and I’d unlock it for you remotely. He was confused.

Last time I was on the phone with one I couldn't understand anything, except her saying "do me a favor". I finally got mad enough that I said " I need you do me a favor, next time I press 1 for English, you don't answer the phone". She hung up on me
