Umm, yea I'm pretty sure that doesn't mean anything. We could have the 2019 National Championship Game at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville Tennessee, but that don't make Tennessee good at football.

I watched a documentary on the Discovery Channel, I think, that was made to answer the question where the best bbq is made. They had a team go to North Carolina, Texas, Kansas City and Memphis. They went to every famous or dive restaurants that the locals recommended in each place. After sampling all the bbq they let a group of cowboys out west that had no preferences about bbq try them all and they voted Memphis the best of all bbqs.
