@theFallGuy

Safe travels to Canada. I heard about all those truckers in one spot and knew you'd be looking to make a buck. Especially after this message was put out.

We think it’s like ours - part full basement (although with unfinished concrete floor) and part crawlspace. This is very common around here.
Full basement for 19th century folk. Their Denver house basement originally had dirt floors. At some point in time prior to their purchase, another owner had installed a concrete pad. From the floor to the beams above was ~6 feet. My sin-in-law had to stoop and I had to watch my head. A part of me thinks that the depth below ground that the pipes run in that area had much to do with the homes having basements with dirt floors. The shallow crawlspaces of the southern piedmont are attributable in part to the mild winter temps. Pipes run shallow. In contrast, pipes run 4 feet below surface grade in Michigan.

Hair bands (generic heavy metal performed by skinny white dudes with very long hair) are interchangeable with the exception of the Atlantic divide - European hair bands are like the metric system of heavy metal. Pour Some Sugar on Me was unwittingly written for the movie, Balls of Fury. In that film, it achieved its highest purpose.
