The dumbs, staffing shortages mixed in with arrogance. Some in facility management thought they could just jump right in my departments and work without any experience and no direction. It didn’t bode well for them. What I’ve telling them for weeks turned out to be true. One of the few times I hated being right. Anyway, I ending up wearing 5 different job hats because of the mess they created.
