Thats not the case at 3 different locations here in Ft. Myers. I don't know what percentage of the nicer vehicles are driven by actual recipients of the food but I personally know people without vehicles/drivers license that are driven there in 80,000 vehicles.
That’s a lotta vehicles.

Nationwide average and median age of vehicles on road is a smidge over 12 years. 90%+ of vehicles we are seeing are similar/newer than that..

Other than a couple of exceptions, we havent seen any new $80K vehicles...

Cost of living, especially housing, is a good bit lower in Memphis. That might explain difference....

I may have pulled a number out my butt at $80,000...DOLLARS. Lol. Alot of of new looking SUV's and Mercedes. But if I need to be more honest Ill say $40-120 thousand dollar vehicles.
