Keep a book of important information. Daughter gave us one. It has different sections for various info, I tend to write everything in the same section.
Make sure you name beneficiaries for Bank accounts, CDs, Vanguard, others.
On and on and on......

Get your benefactors to, at a minium, provide you a list of where the important stuff is (combinations, keys, wills, etc...). This will help you more than you know. Searching for this stuff during the grieving period will take a toll on you.

Also, have a plan for physically securing properties ahead of time.

This can sound petty and somewhat morbid, but you gotta do it, especially if you are a sole heir.

In the early 80s, a group of employees whom I managed included a Navy Reservist. He invited me to an Air Show at Dobbins AFB. Though I visited the Naval Air Reserve Station and met his CO, a highlight of the Air Show for me was the take-off, flyover, and landing of the Georgia Air National Guard 116 Fighter Wing, 128 Squadron F15As.

Problem is, you can't tell from at least from what I saw whether or not she had her hand on it and the guy took it from her. She was a Karen though, but that's predictable for Philly.

Go with traps instead of feeders and try some hummingbird-pesto soup. It is an old Gwinutian favorite. Button Gwinute bred hummingbirds just for the soup.

I got a cousin named Karen over in North Cack who can beat errbody's ass, except pussum's brood and liljoe. She don't fight the infirm or dem what's got flat feet.

Well, she got into an argument with another guy afterwards and then flipped off a section of people who were giving her grief about it.
