Goooooood morning people! VC you keep that knife wielding butt-wipe up your direction lol. If I see him around the farm today I will make him look like swiss cheese for you ( I have to rebuild the fence today and always carry my .22 mag with me cause of freaking snakes)

Blah, story of my life. I could have paid someone to board the hosses or built a dang good page wire fence with all the money I've spent fixing this electric one. Tax time next year I'm gonna blow it on the best gauge page wire and pay someone to build it for me. This crap has got old

Yeah, we have about 80 angus charlaois cross that we piddle with, the dairy end was sold out several years ago. The deer don't tear the cow fence down like they do the horse fence

They're awful, we seen a buck in velvet come out of the woods one morning last week, stand beside my fence, watch me feed the horses and paps hunting hounds, then promptly proceed to tear my fence down when he decided I was a threat and he prolly should run. I was so freaking mad. Stupid animal, he very easily could have turned around and ran back in the woods, but it was so much easier to run in front of me in a wide open field

I think they're beautiful somewhere like cades cove. Other than that they just cost property owners money and make me mad :)

 I think deer are very beautiful in the wild..............they' look even better on my wall though :p

I've been hunting one time, sadly. I killed a 4 pt buck, nothing special, but I didn't care. It was awesome. I cleaned it,gutted it, cut up the meat, and took the head to the taxidermist. My cousins told me they'd pay for because they "wanted me to have my first deer". They didn't, taxidermist ended up selling it to someone else. I was pissed, my family is so dependable.

My b-i-l got this one right out from my place. Its a 7, and was a big bodied boy. Look closely at his antler

That curved antler had pushed so far into his face that his eyeball was hanging out, and that huge spike on the other side burred up in the ground when he killed it
