Just weighed, down to 221. woot again

I'm down, too. A bit ahead of you. After all these years, trying to get back to the weight I feel best at. Shooting for 180-185. 195 this morning.

I was in my best shape at 185 when I was playing basketball. I miss those days.

Me, too. We used to play every day-2-3 hours. Almost all day on Saturdays. I played a little last year at the gym. Was good to be shooting again.

I couldn't find a group to run with at college that much, so I picked up sand volleyball. It gets hot as a bish down here in the sand, in the summer.
