No recovery for it really, it won't ever heal itself. If I get a fusion then recovery would be about a year but that's a risky surgery so I'm gonna hold off on that. And yeah, told me I didn't need to play any sports if it hurt too bad. So my football career is pretty much over.

not good. you'll learn that there's more to life than sports though. i wish I had learned to play the guitar or something instead of wanting to nothing but play sports.

Guys real skinny, but he's real cut and lean. His problem is he does too much crossfit. Crossfit isn't good for bulking.
