I blessed to only live 5 minutes from Norris lake so my boat stays on the water from spring to fall.

Earlier in the week the surface temp was 77. I fly fish below the dam and the water coming off the bottom of the lake is freezing.

I remember water skiing once. We were at the part where the Clinch meets Norris. You could jump off one side of the boat and freeze your azz off, then jump off the other and it be nice and warm. Weird!

I know some here know exactly what they're eating and where it came from because they catch it or buy it fresh off a boat. If you eat fish in a restaurant or buy it from a grocery store, fish market, etc., chances are that you aren't getting what you think you are.
