Yea, for the first few times I was stupid about it.

I did 21-15-9, 21-15-9, 21-14-9. It didn't take me long to fix that.

I did it last summer. I liked it a lot better, I could keep and add body weight with it.

I never had rings to do them on, so I just don't it on a straight pull up bar. They will make a man out of you.
