And make your body store the fat.
To Grizz, you have a pretty physical job. No reason to be fat. Snack on something every few hours at work, if you can. Peanut butter and crackers, couple of bananas..anything. All it's for is to let you body know that it's being fed regularly and it'll do work to burn it. Don't feed the body regularly and it'll store the fat for when it needs it. Simple. I've done it.
