Is it weird that RV makes a big batch of food on Sunday and I eat the same thing all week for lunch? It's really tasty though!

nah, as long as it's not weird that I think spaghetti taste better as leftovers than it does the day I fix it. I'll eat it for 3 or 4 days. It gets better each time.

True. Lasagna, baked ziti and chilli are the same way.

I like mine Al Dente, not to be confused with Al Bundy. Seems like continued heating would make it limp noodle, not to be confused with some posters. (No names mentioned)

Going to the chiropractor today. Hope he can get my neck and back fixed up.

Going to the chiropractor became addictive to me back in high school. Took me 3 or 4 months to get back "right" after I quit going. Nothing like the feeling of him popping every bone from the bottom of my spine up to my neck though.

It's definitely interesting to see that people think they need 2 years of it after someone slightly bumps into the back of your car. I've been sending out subpoenas to Chiro's for medical records recently. It's always interesting to see the ones that have been going for quite a few years thinking they can get 2 years worth of their bills paid.

I just prefer to pop Lortab's

I go every 10-14 days. He spends as much time adjusting my legs, shoulders and arms as he does my back and neck. I can tell a difference in my run and bike.

I hurt my back wrestling in high school. My coach sent me there. As long as it was in season I didn't have to pay because he was one of the team drs. The last 2 mo of the season I went to see him twice a week every week after pratice. Once the season was over mom wouldn't pay.

What happened?

Some friends suggested I go see one for a back problem. After a while, I gave in and made an appointment. I had a serious neck injury years ago and have become overly protective of it. I told the guy he could make any adjustments he wanted but Do Not Touch The Neck. About 5 minutes, he quickly grabbed my chin and the top of my head and snapped it. I snapped and had him up against the wall. I left and never went back or tried another one. But, I know a lot of people who swear by them.

It's stupid that he didn't listen, but did it help any? I go to one when I can. It really helped me. I was to a point that I couldn't walk anymore.

Lulz that's funny. I woulda liked to see his face. In his defense he touched your chin and head. :)

I have a Sacro-Iliac Joint out. I Have to go back Thursday to try to get it back in. He said my muscles were to tight, so it would take 2-3 times.

I feel fortunate that the guy I see is an endurance athlete. I think it helps him understand how motion impacts the body. he also incorporates stretching and accupressure techniques into the adjustment
