A shatty contractor is a horrible thing.

Crappy thing is, I checked him out thoroughly. BBB and all. The housing boom turned him crooked and he defrauded over 100 families for millions. He stole 90K from me and RV and didn't even finish the house. We had planned on selling our old home and moving in the new one with no mortgage. After hiring a new contractor to finish the house and missing the housing bubble, we can't sell the old house and now have a huge mortgage on the new one. I went to every court date that SOB had and about 100 others in the court that day, cheered when the judge slapped him with 20 years. His family stood there in shock.hmy: kharma is a ***** huh. :yahoo:

My aunt and uncle retired to florida. Developer built their subdivision on an old army ordinance field. Houses are now worthless.

Basically cranking the flaps all the way down and almost stalling while banking to turn the plane around in a tight space.

Useful on bush airstrips in the Rockies.
