Took a wild hair to make home made vanilla ice cream today. I'm never gonna lose the last little bit of winter weight.....unless I make chocolate sauce out of ex-lax to go on it

I love frostys...I can pretty well turn down anything that's set in front of me if I really want to, but I am seriously addicted to sugar, especially ice cream

last night I ate a steak, 2 baked potatoes, 3 servings of broccoli and two scoops of ice cream. woke up this morning and discovered I lost a pound. Of course I did run 10 miles before eating all that.
