Well, whatever breed he is...he is a goodlooking boy and it sounds like he is a good boy! I'm happy to hear everything is good with him and the girls.

A salad. Chance just finished taking his bottle. We had to take an intermission due to a blow out. Time to throw it all together. Here goes nothing.
Nothing wrog with getting excited over food. I do it all the time. I love to try new things.

I have some country style ribs that were on sale at the supermarket. They're on death row right now awaiting their sentence of cooked on the grill til done.

Salad was great. I'll def fix it again. It had lettuce, tomato, red onions, jlaps, toasted pecans, pineapple, and topped off with some greek yogurt and fresh squeezed lemon juice mixd together.

I will be trying it this week, with a few other ingredients. I think Cilantro will be key! Wish you would have had some. Oh well.

Nat just gave me the sweetest fathers day present. I'll have to take a pic ans pist it later. A canvas painting with a football sitting in the grass with a power T above it and #1 Dad painted on it.:cray:

Now they want to take me out to dinner but I'm still full from my salad. Guess I'll just have to man up and go.

I use yogurt (plain) often for Behr's frozen treats. My plan for Tuesday is...

Chopped Grilled Pineapple
Mango Flavored Yogurt
Jalapeno
Spainish Onion
Candied Walnuts
Cilantro
Lemon juice
Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

I'll eat it on a Toasted Croissant with Arugala and Tomato. This has the potential of becoming a lunch menu item! I might even add capers and fennel.

We need to get a wiping the sweat off the brow smiley. I was sweating you might leave out the fennel and capers.

What's really funny is, he was just trying to bust my balls so I retaliated, Fact is, a chicken, mushroom, tomato and shallot pizza with fresh fennel and capers sounds pretty freakin' good to me!

If you never read that it taste like anise, you would never know.

Drink a shot of Pernod, it will have the flavor of Licorice. Then use it in a Rockefeller recipe after it has been simmered and you will never taste it (anise)
