Yep it's really helping me by increasing the weight a small amount each week. 10/8/6.

And eff you I'm Hulkamania.
 
Also, everybody that complains about this place being dead should do somethin to liven it up.

The awesome is in few. After a couple days I get tired of trying to carry this joint.
