Black and White. I just now ordered it. I need to reread it. Have you read Orchard Keeper or Child of God yet? They're both good and fairly quick reads. About 200 pages for one and 250 for the other.

You better before it's gone, I find more and more folks talking less like me and more like a yuppie. When I got my iPhone last summer this hot young receptionist at the AT&T store asked where I was from I said from around here just up the road. I ask here was she from up north she said I'm from Tennessee and never heard an accent like yours. I told her she is a city slicker because everybody where I'm from talks like me lol

All I have to do is go back for a few days and it comes right back. Some people try to make you feel ashamed of it by mocking you. I know the stereotype is we are stupid hillbillies but I am proud of my accent and background.

Amen amen amen!! It's a few people on this board that tries to make you feel a ashamed for talking with a twang. I know college educated people who talk with a twang so that debunks the theory that all people that talks with a twang is uneducated.
