What do you do for cardio?

It depends. I prefer sports for cardio like basketball or intramural football. If I'm not on a team for whatever reason, I run or hit the elliptical...it's a lot easier on these old joints.

Go find a good track or trail. I just found a fitness trail here and as soon as it gets above 50 on a consistent basis then I'm going out to run.

Fact: nothing...NOTHING burns calories like running. Not on an elliptical, just running.

I beg to differ, swimming burns a chit ton of calories.
