i've never been out on new years, even in college/hs and such. i know it doesn't sound "cool" but we always had stuff at church on those nights so i was always there.

it's weird vg, alot of people i know have been the same way this year. kinda wanna go out, but not enough to actually do it. everyone is getting old i think

My new year's eve consisted of a matinee viewing of True Grit, dinner at Bennihana's, and the rest of the night watching old movies that were on the dvr from the Hallmark Channel.

i made dinner and then a gf called to say she was coming by to hang out. just spent it chilling and watching fball then laughing at new years show "performers" namely mariah carey's "live performance"

I get tired of hanging out with couples. (Which practically all my friends are married). So I said...I'd rather stay home.

that being said, my "old" friends i'm not really close to anymore because of the craziness of work ar starting to move in that direction, even though most of my true hs friends got married last year or this coming year. guess we were slow movers

I could probably count on one hand the girls from my hs group who AREN'T married.

ha, now i think i'm the only one left either not married or ina serious relationship with a kid. that being said, 450 days ago i thought i'd be engaged to my bf by this past summer. it's definitely been a "regrouping" year for me.

Vg,kat-Hope this new year brings both of y'all happiness. Been great talking to both of you and yall deserve the best.
