I'm gonna work on my fitness starting next month. I have free access to MTSU's rec center and I need to start taking advantage of it. I don't need to lose weight. I just want to tone the legs, butt n stomach.

I do the paleo(caveman)diet. Mania does off and on, and he says it helps his IBS a lot!
