Just had a big reality check when I got to work! Found out one of my good friends had a heart attack this morning! They took him to the cath lab for an angiogram and he had total blockage of his Left anterior Descending coronary artery! I just played 3 games of raquetball with him this past friday. Here is the kicker, he is only 36 years old and is a nurse at the hospital here where I work! Makes you reexamine things in your life when something like this happens!

that really sucks, tex. hope he's alright.

we get calls about stuff like that all the time, it's crazy knowing that these people having heart attacks are only 9 and 10 years older than me.

After my dad had a stroke I told myself I was going to be a health nut. Kinda scares you to see something like that happen
