I hate when customers call about stuff that they can find out about in their manual. Sometimes I wanna scream, "Read your Gawt damn manual, moraan!!"

Don't you guys have some sort of loop hole with hippa? Weird if you don't.

since we don't work out of the student med center and athletic training services isn't billable with medicaid/care/insurances it's a little tougher for us. it typically isn't a huge deal though either way, but sometimes it's just frustrating to hold for 7 minutes and then be told "blah blah blah, no info, hippa blah" i'm like dude i know everything about him except what color boxers he's wearing right now, i got everything but g'ma's ss# talk to me.

We've got a small gang of them here in my area. They've even tagged the local buildings to tell the other witnesses that this is their "turf". It could turn bloody.
