That piece of chocolate cake with cream cheese icing was goooooooood.:yes: Washed it down with a fresh cup of coffee.
 
You can come sub in for me any time you want. The hrs are great. Off by 4 every day.(well most every day) Some days noon.
 
Called BBT to straighten out my CC. Guy said he fixed it. Tried to get gas no dice. Called again a lady said she fixed it. Hope this thing works when I check in my hotel tonight or I might be sleeping in the car.

I need to get back into lifting. I haven't lifted weights since Chance was born. I ahve been doing cardio, abs and some pull ups and dips.

I kind of made my own workout, one group a day for 5 days(but chest and triceps on the same day) and abs 4 days a week. It's killing me
 
I was doing a fast paced circuit workout when I was lifting. I was going through this twice, 3 days a week. It would take me about 35 min to go through it twice. I would do about 10 min of light cardio and some stretching pre workout.
15 x leg press
15 x leg curls
15 x bench press
15 x seated rows
15 x military press
15 x barbell curls
15 x pull downs
15 x dips
15 x leg extensions
15 x calf raises
25 x machine crunches/ weighted ab twist

I'm off to the gym for a quick swim and an extended sit in the sauna. I'm gonna see if I can sweat this cold out before it sets in good.
