not to bad. work is starting to get busy again.

We've had a crazy year. I think we've already passed the tonnage that they budgeted for for the whole year. It would be even higher if we had the material we needed. They are starting to work on the budget for next year. It will be interesting to see what the projections are.

those situations are good and bad. You work like a dog but at least it's job security. Will they hire some people to help or is it still going to be just you and your boss?

Just us. No hiring and they want us to work as little ot as possible. All in all it's a good job and they treat us well. They could beat me away with a stick and I would prob come back for more.

Yea I have thought about it but I really love Chattanooga/Hamilton County too much. I'll find something eventually...it's not really better anywhere else, unfortunately.
