I know lol. But, what can you do? :good!:
I was trying to see Garcia's on Google map but can't get a pic. Looks to be in an old strip mall. If so, I'd give it a 50/50 chance. The older the place looks inside and out indicates good Mexican food, in my opinion.

But, depends on what kind of Mexican food you like. Some like Mexican-American, some Tex-Mex, etc. I like real Mexican food.

This, is excellent Mexican food. Old building/nothing fancy.

If a place looks much better/nicer, I wouldn't slow down.

That's a nice looking place in the pic IMO.

Friend in winston-salem, nc took me to a place. 1970s pizza hut converted to mexican place. Looks like you might get stabbed walking in. best mexican ever

I learned the trick living in So Cal. I've seen some good old Mexican restaurants start up with fantastic food and then migrate away from it because of localized tastes. El Charro's in Knoxville is a good example.
 
So my back decides that it's just gonna randomly send pain down my legs last night. Couldn't move, just had to lay there in pain for about 30 minutes.
