Public work is also a city Dept, there are water and sewer, gas, electric, public works, park and rec, and cemetery depts.

When I was growing up I was taught after high school you get a full time job. College was not encouraged by my parents.

Yeah that's how it was for alot of people. My mom didnt have the money to go. Funny thing though is she mskes more than my father who has a 4 year degree
